Voice notes can be downloaded for your records or for transcription, contact cards shared over WhatsApp can be saved into Spur, and long or formatted links open reliably.
Three small things in the inbox that used to need a workaround.
Hover a voice message and download it, for your records or to run it through transcription. Useful when a customer explains a problem faster out loud than they would type it.
When a customer shares somebody else contact card over WhatsApp, you can save it into Spur as a contact instead of copying the number out by hand.
Long and formatted links now open reliably from inside a conversation, rather than breaking on the way out.
