We've finished moving every AI agent in Spur to our latest AI. Most agents were already on it. If yours was still on the older version, we made the switch for you.
On the latest AI, your agent can look at photos customers send, like a picture of a product they want, and understand voice notes, then answer them like any typed question. It is also more accurate and much less likely to make up an answer. A photo or voice note uses one extra AI credit.
