A team inbox that shows who owns what
Group conversations by assignee with open counts, tell reading apart from replying, and start a workflow or edit a contact without leaving the thread.
The team inbox now groups conversations by assignee, with an open count for each person.
On a shared inbox the question is rarely what came in. It is who has it, and whether someone is already on it.
- Conversations grouped by assignee, each group showing its open count
- Separate indicators for viewing and typing, so you can tell reading apart from replying
- Pin the conversations you need to come back to
- Start a workflow from the composer
- Edit contact details in the side panel while the conversation is open
- Select and act on several conversations at once
Open the inbox and sort by Assignee.
