A Help menu in the top bar brings the Help Center, video tutorials, and WhatsApp and email support together, along with current support availability.

There is now a Help menu in the top bar, on every screen.

Getting help used to mean leaving Spur to find the Help Center, or digging out a support address from an old email. Now it is two clicks from wherever you are.

  • Help Center, for the written guides
  • Video tutorials
  • Chat on WhatsApp, with the current reply time shown next to it
  • Email support, with the address
  • Support hours, so you can tell whether anyone is there right now
