Comment to DM has been rebuilt around two things: attaching products to a post without hunting for it, and seeing what happened afterwards.
The mechanic was already there. What was missing was the evidence. You could not tell which post turned comments into orders.
- Browse your Instagram and Facebook posts, reels and stories inside the tool, newest first, and attach products or a collection in place
- Spur replies to the comment and sends the product link by DM
- Results for the last 30 days: replies sent, DMs sent, link clicks, orders and revenue
- Counts come from replies and DMs actually recorded as sent, not from a running estimate
