Yes, Instagram & Facebook Messenger API is free. You can connect your Instagram & Facebook Messenger account with Spur and start sending messages.
Subscription charges and WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
For customers in India: by choosing a paid subscription plan, you acknowledge that an e-mandate will be enabled on your card and you will be auto-debited for subscription charges and WhatsApp conversation charges incurred through the last day of your billing period. For customers outside India, recurring charges will be applied to your payment method as per your plan until you cancel. Spur does not provide refunds where you have stopped using the platform or did not use it but failed to cancel your subscription. Charges will continue until your subscription is cancelled.
Upon cancellation, termination, or closure of your account for any reason, any remaining wallet balance and AI credits associated with your Spur account will be forfeited and are non-recoverable. No refund or compensation will be provided for such balance or credits.
You must cancel your subscription via Settings in Spur before the next billing date. If you do not cancel and are charged for the next period, no refund will be issued.
