By accessing and using Spur ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these Terms of Service at any time and will update these Terms of Service in the event of any such amendments.
To access and use our Service, you may need to register with us and set up an account with your email address and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities associated with or occurring under your account.
You are responsible for all content you upload, post, email or otherwise transmit via the Service. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.

Subscription charges and WhatsApp conversation charges are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
For customers in India: by choosing a paid subscription plan, you acknowledge that an e-mandate will be enabled on your card and you will be auto-debited for subscription charges and WhatsApp conversation charges incurred through the last day of your billing period. For customers outside India, recurring charges will be applied to your payment method as per your plan until you cancel. Spur does not provide refunds where you have stopped using the platform or did not use it but failed to cancel your subscription. Charges will continue until your subscription is cancelled.
Upon cancellation, termination, or closure of your account for any reason, any remaining wallet balance and AI credits associated with your Spur account will be forfeited and are non-recoverable. No refund or compensation will be provided for such balance or credits.
You must cancel your subscription via Settings in Spur before the next billing date. If you do not cancel and are charged for the next period, no refund will be issued.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spur. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Spur, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
