Comment to DM has a new Recent comments list. It shows the latest comments on your Instagram and Facebook posts, the post each one is on, and whether that post has products linked.

Spot a “How much is this?” on a post you forgot to link? Press Link products right there and pick products from your Shopify catalogue. Answer older comments on this post is on by default, so comments from the last 7 days can get the reply and the product DM too, not only new ones. Open in inbox takes you straight to that person’s chat.

In the Recent comments list, a product from the catalogue is linked to a post that had none, older comments stay switched on, and the customer who asked the price gets the product in their Instagram DMs
