Q: When does a referral count?

When the business you referred signs up, finishes onboarding and starts a paid plan (not a trial) within 30 days of clicking your link. If someone signed up without your link, you can submit them as a manual referral for our team to review.

Q: Can I refer my own business?

No. Self-referrals aren’t allowed. Commission is for the businesses you bring to Spur.

Q: When and how do I get paid?

Once a month, for the commission you earned the month before, to the payout method you set in your partner dashboard. If your balance is under $10, it rolls over to the next month.

Q: Who can become a partner?

Agencies, freelancers, consultants and creators who work with ecommerce or D2C brands. We review every application.

Q: Do my clients pay more if they come through me?

No. They pay Spur directly, at the same price as any other customer.

Q: What is a Spur Expert?

An agency that runs Spur for brands we send them: their account, campaigns, marketing and retention flows, and their AI agent. Spur Experts earn ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 a month per client, depending on the size of the client.

Q: Is there a cost to join?

No. Joining, the directory listing and the partner kit are free.
