Start a conversation without hunting for an existing one
Open a new WhatsApp or email conversation straight from the inbox, add a contact inside the new app, and search your contacts by email address.
Starting a fresh conversation no longer means finding an old one first. New message opens a dialog, you pick the channel, enter a number or an email address, and the thread opens.
- New message from the inbox, on WhatsApp or on email
- Optional first name, last name and email captured while you start the thread
- Add a contact directly in the new app
- Search your contacts by email address, not only by name or number
- The contact list shows the most useful identity for each person instead of an empty column
Open the inbox and use New message, or go to Database to add and search contacts.
