2. Working Hours Block is LIVE
Gone are the days when your customers had to wonder and get frustrated when you were unavailable to reply. You can now set up your work timings and build flows based on your availability. Never keep a customer hanging with this new block! Learn more here.
3. Limited Time Offer Messages in Workflow Builder
Following the rollout of Carousel messages, we’ve now added LTO templates to the Workflow Builder. Entice customers with limited-time offers and boost your ROI!
Improvements & Bug Fixes
Channel Filters - Now Available on Mobile
You can now filter conversations on mobile based on the channel you receive them on, whether it’s Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
